One Session Per Day: The pass entitles the holder to one 60 minute massage session per day
Must be 18 years or older to purchase
The pass is valid for exactly 14 consecutive days from the date of the first booking made using the pass
All sessions must be booked in advance online via the designated link or by phone, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 12 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will count as a used session for that day.
The pass is non-transferable, non-shareable, and non-refundable.

Availability: Bookings are subject to therapist and room availability. We recommend booking well in advance for prime time slots (evenings, weekends).
The pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

We understand that schedules change. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 6 hours notice.
A “No-Show” is defined as a client who misses an appointment without providing any prior notice.
A “Late Cancellation” is defined as a cancellation made less than 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
The Freeflow Pass is designed for clients committed to their wellness. If a client records two (2) or more No-Shows or Late Cancellations during the validity period of their pass, Kaos HK reserves the right to immediately terminate the pass without refund.
This policy is essential to respect our therapists’ time and to make appointments available to others.
